Meditation with Kirtan Explanation

True happiness lies only in the form (of God). The experienced have said that happiness is truly filled within the murti, and pure happiness is in that murti. The best means to experience the happiness of that murti is meditation. Forgetting the sense of the body and developing a connection with God, the best means for that is meditation. So, let us, with the blessings of the revered Anadimukta Sadguru Devnandandasji Swami, and under the guidance of HDH Satysankalpdasji Swami, let’s reside in the murti through pratilom meditation.

Meditation

The greatest means to develop a connection with the form of Mahaprabhu is meditation. To reach the highest spiritual peaks and to unify with God in the blissful joy of the form, engage in meditation... meditate... meditate...

Meditation increases aptitude

Meditation increases happiness. For this reason, Bapashree has given pratilom meditation. To connect with the form of God, our ultimate goal, the form of Ghanshyam Prabhu, practice pratilom meditation.

Pratilom meditation means being in the form and meditating on the form. That is called pratilom meditation.

So, to unite with the form of Ghanshyam Mahaprabhu, let us meditate.

Look how radiant Lord Ghanshyam is!

“Tej tej to zalhale chare dishaamahi madhye prabhuji darshan de chhe Ghanshyam Hari sukhdaayi “

In the sky full of radiance, Lord Ghanshyam Mahaprabhu is giving His divine vision. Meditate on the form of Lord Ghanshyam... meditate... see how Maharaj is resplendent!

“Mali murti ha ha re mali murti ati sukhkari chhe aanand aanand bhaari”

Look at the form of Maharaj, see how His darshan is! As thoughts and distractions cease, chant from the navel, "Swaminarayan... Swaminarayan... Swaminarayan," without moving the tongue, teeth, or lips. Chant deeply from the navel, "Swaminarayan... Swaminarayan," stopping all thoughts and distractions to cultivate a connection with the form of God. Meditate... meditate...

“Mukh juo, haan haan re mukh juo, mand haasyavaalu marmalu sukhnu denaaru “

Ghanshyam Prabhu, wow! How is your divine bright soft smile! And divine mouth of Maharaj.

“Gaur kapole jyoti chhaaje, teebkadi gaale biraje, mooch rekhaa oopdati raaje;
Chibuk chore chitt, kanthe vaadhe preet, jaani ras reet; rasikvar saari... chhe aanand “

"Kapol" refers to the lower part of the eye and the upper part of the cheek, this portion is called "Kapol".

Wow Lord, wow! Your radiant darshan is like shining gems! Wow Lord, wow!

To immerse in the murti of the Maharaj, cease all thoughts and distraction. Meditate on the murti of the Maharaj... Meditate... visualizing the eyes (in context to soul’s form) in the eyes of Maharaj, the nose in nose, the mouth in mouth, the chest in chest, the hand in hand, the feet in feet similarly engross in murti, and then Ghanshyam Maharaj transformed my form (from formless to shapely as replica of god’s form) to Anadimukta and reside me in the bliss of murti. Strengthen this sentiment and meditate ... meditate.

“Bhidi bhuja haan haan re(2) male albello, sukh aape chelchabilo;
Vakshasthal ne stan che saara, naabhi vartul kare jag nyaara, saathal janu laage bahu pyaara;
Jangha rasadhaar, ghunti golakaar, charan sukhkaar; malya avataari... chhe aanand “

Wow Lord, in your arms, you give me such immense joy! Around the murti, in all directions, there shines a radiant aura, devoid of any boundaries, an aggregate of such radiance i.e. Akshardham that envelops the murti of Ghanashyam Maharaj within its midst. Watch out, Ghanashyam Prabhu is blessing with such divine darshan!

“Shri Ghanshyam prabhu thaki chute tez ambaar, fararar fararare zalallal chute che, tezni shedyo apaar”

Glittering... glittering... Radiant aura emanates from the murti of Maharaj. Behold the Tejomay murti in all its glory.

“Ang dekho haan haan re(2) vishesh rupaalaan,bahu navalan, divyasukhaala;
Sukh bharyu che ango-ango, Rome Rome navin tarange, temaan thijya anadi umange;
Sada no prasang, navin abhang, le che sukh rang, de che hitkaari... che aanand”

Wow Lord, wow! Your every part is filled with immense joy.

Look, as we meditate, may no distractions arise, no doubts linger, and may the emotions of the body not sway us. Keep it in line with awareness. With a vigilant effort to connect with the divine form of the Supreme Lord, maintain perfect posture with immense alertness.

“Fararar tejna chute phuvaara, murtini chaare kora;
Rome rommaan ude khushbo, sukhni foranfora re...”

The radiance... radiance... emanates from the murti of the Ghanashyam Prabhu. From all sides of the murti, radiance sparkles and glows continuously! Wow, my breath! Wow, wow, my sole support, wow! Wow, Ghanashyam Prabhu, wow!

Only by your grace, wow Lord, have you sculpted and carved us in such an exquisite form! (purushottamroop) Without seeing the faults, you have placed us in your murti; in the form of Purushottam.

“Raakhya mukto haan haan re(2) swamurtimaany, kari kripa ati hariraay
Sharanagatne nyaal banaavya, aksharaatit karine theravya, raakhi murtimaan khub rijhaavya;
Paami sukh khaas, daas tano daas, kare ardaas, vdaala nitya taari... che aanand “

Pratilom meditation means focusing on the murti while residing within the murti. Wherever you sit, just as you sit, in the same way, in which manner you are sitting, behold the murti of God similarly; not ahead, not behind, not in the throne...just visualize at where you sit, just as Maharaj has transformed me (my soul) into the similar form of Purushottam (Purushottamroop); placed in his murti, now, only Maharaj is there; Only Maharaj ; Meditate with such sentiment, meditate.

Bapashri repeatedly says in his talks, "Meditate; Meditate; Meditate; while praying, gradually defame bodily existence, forgetting the elemental body, with only compassion, the great Lord, had placed me in his murti, and with such sentiment, behold the murti of Ghanashyam Prabhu from nails to hair."

“Dhyaan karvaathi vadhe paatrata, vadhe sukh saamarthi ne prakaash re;
Nitya nava sukho aavshe, dhyaan karashe tene sadaay re;
Sthiti te karvaane kaarane karo, muj swaroopanu dhyaan re.”

Ghanashyam Prabhu says, "If you wish to attain my bliss, O friends, meditate, meditate, forgetting the feelings of illusion, forgetting the feelings of the body, immerse yourself only in the murti of Ghanashyam Mahaprabhu, meditate... Meditate..."

In the first part of Bapashri's 167th sermons,” he emphasizes heavily on meditation, setting aside all other means, focus on the murti of God... Meditate... Meditate...”

“Jivanme dhyaan ki jyot jagaana ...”

For experiencing the uninterrupted, tranquil peace and infinite, eternal happiness inherent in the murti, which has been continuously radiating boundless joy since timeless ages, and to attain such unparalleled happiness, Bapashri repeatedly advises: "Meditate, meditate, meditate."

“Tejna samuhmaan, Shreeji darshan (2) navla de che re;
Kripaathi mujne murtimaan raakhi, mukt anadi ke’ che re… Tejna”

Wow, Lord! Wow! How splendid you are! You are bestowing such divine darshan! Amidst the shimmering, dazzling splendor, the Supreme Lord is graciously revealing His divine form.

“Tej tej to jhalhale; chaare disha maanhi, madhye prabhujee darshan de che Ghanshyam hari sukhadaayi”

Wow, Lord! Wow! Radiant and dazzling shines the divine form! Meditate on the divine murti, meditate on Lord Ghanshyam, abandoning laziness and negligence, sitting straight with utmost attentiveness, cross-legged, keeping the focus on the tip of the nose, forgetting everything—name, village, honor, father, relatives, place—just contemplate that with Maharaj’s immense grace, He dwells me (my soul) in his murti! In such ecstatic bliss, immerse yourself in meditation on the divine form of Lord Ghanshyam to experience His divine presence.

“Murti kevi mali che teno khyaal karo Shreeji sarvopari che tenu dhyaan karo
Nakhshikh moorti naathni, avalokavi hethe kari;
Moortimaan tadrup thavu, aapopane anusari;
Pratilom dhyaane sahu sukhmaan tharo...”

Wow, Maharaj's divine form! Where the Lord of countless universes, Ghanshyam Maharaj And where are we? Yet, in His grace, He has gifted His divine and sublime form to us! By making my form like his.

Behold the divine form of Lord Ghanshyam from toenail to Head...

By daily meditating with regularity, every day anew, to enjoy new and ever fresh joys, just meditate. Meditate on Lord Ghanshyam's divine form. As Bapashri has said, maintain vigilance and do not satiate, we will grace within six months, and you will be bestowed by the radiance and brilliance of Lord Ghanshyam's divine murti. But maintain vigilance, lest you fall short. Meditate, meditate, meditate...
